Elysabeth Vineyards Chardonnay

The inspiration for our Chardonnay is Burgundy, and we use French oak barrels that impart citrus notes to the aroma and flavor, as opposed to the vanilla typical of many American Chardonnays. While the model is French, the product is altogether American, and specifically Hudson Valley. Serve this wine with fish or poultry.
