Our Alsatian Blend is a tribute to the fabulous aromatic white wines of Alsace Lorraine. Alsatian vignerons make a blend of up to seven varieties. Ours is a blend of Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Chardonnay. Expect white flowers and honeysuckle to compete with spice, clove, and rose petals for aromatic dominance. The wine is crisp, delicious, and refreshing. Serve with lighter fare or Asian cuisine.
