Return Policy

Due to New York State alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless they are damaged or defective. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Eligible Return Situations

  • Damaged or Leaking Bottles: If your wine arrives broken or spoiled, email us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo.
  • Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 7 days for wrong or missing items.

Conditions

  • We may issue a refund or replacement for approved cases.
  • We cannot accept returns for opened bottles, personalized products, or orders delayed by carrier issues beyond our control.
