Elysabeth Vineyards Rosé

Our Rosé begins its life when we crush red grapes and draw off some of the juice before it has become saturated with color, a technique the French call Saignée, or “bleeding.” The resulting juice is then fermented in temperature-controlled conditions that help preserve freshness. Expect aromas of ripe strawberry and melon. The flavor is brisk and refreshing. This wine is the perfect accompaniment to fresh fruit and cheese.
